Of People and Plants
Excerpted from last night ::
Brian :: ".... You're talking to your plants: I think you need to get out more."
Me :: "Hmmm... That's actually prolly a good idea. I s'posse I could start doing that - in that I now live in the same location as most of my friends."
Brian :: "... Whom you haven't really hung out with in the 4 months you've lived here so far. Chester [NY] is only 10 minutes away."
Me *dawning realizations*:: "Dude! Only 10 minutes?? Really?? That's right! Jeeze... I really should hang out with Dave & Anne more. And John & Nikki. The Cabin is just up the road, too - I could just call-up my close buddies and hang out, whenever. I really ought to start going to Woodchuck's movie nights."
I'm sooo lucky to be near so many amazing people... and I haven't been making Time to be with them! I plan to change that. :)
Right now? I'm gunna go do shtuff. :)
