I'm obese. The doctor said so and put me onto a fitness program called Fitbug. It's good! I'm certainly walking a lot more, they gave me a snazzy pedometer which is pretty good and have started giving me weekly targets to meet. The targets are pretty easy and I regularly "overdo it".
I have lost the equivalent of two bags of sugar (2kg) in the last two weeks.
This is odd as in the last week I was much more active than I was in the previous week and had cut down on my alcohol intake. Meh!
Am now beginning to watch what I eat. Yes I am in hell.
