Gotta do some stress busting
One week plus since the PF conference and the resultant stress has come out as a cold.
I have had a couple of days feeling really grotty; coughing and sneezing the products of which are .. well you don't really need to know but you can guess. It wasn't just the conference that has done this to me but the two weeks before work had been awful.
In truth I am now certain that the NHS managers simply do not give a damn about their staff. Their answer to the mistakes that are made? More paperwork and less patient contact (but this isn't not true of course we have to see all the patients even though we really do not have the staff to give safe and effective care.) Need a new job.
Off to town in a bit to buy my wife's 40th birthday present.
