One more left after this one, then I can start the new Short Treks!
Here I am, part one of last season's finale! Hard to believe they're going to destroy the ship when the show is named after it but I did like the sequence of everyone packing up to go.
Also, I have forgotten how it is they know there are seven signals when they have only seen four, but whatever. Also also, surprised to see the princess from the Short Treks in the previouslies! Good thing I watched those!
Oh noes, Michael has seen the future and it will end in... explosions?
I like how they've made the Enterprise reminiscent of the original without making her look too silly AND they kept the original door noises. I love Georgiou hating the orange.
Ha ha, they can't destroy their ship! So now they're gonna go... to the future? Uh. Okay, sure. And I guess Michael is going to be a second Red Angel who has been the one sending the signals. Whatever.
Signal number five is Tilly's friend, oh boy.
Nooooo please, just get Stamets and Culber back together. Please?
Weirdly, I love all the ensemble scenes.
Somehow I doubt Michael will go to the future forever but I guess I'll find out.
Not really sure why Sarek and Amanda ended up there, but... okay? That scene seemed kind of unnecessary. Also Sarek promising he'll take care of Spock, lol.
All those people want to go with her except Ash ahahaha good. (Man, they just cannot make me care about this relationship. Like, here I am getting sniffly at literally everyone else bidding Michael and/or their own families goodbye.)
Pike's big captain speech was kind of fun.
And now Tig Notaro's character gets... the same vision of the future that Michael did. Well, we already knew from The Menagerie thing that the visions were real. Also not sure why Georgiou bothered telling Pike she was Terran since that won't mean anything until
Mirror Mirror.
Aaaand I guess we're saving the big battle with Section 31 for the finale. I'm gonna get some sleep.
