Oh boy, science fiction!
I keep thinking that I must have posted about this before, but I guess I haven't: Tor, the SF/F publisher, runs a site that collects SF news as well as other things like original short SF stories. For their five-year anniversary, they have made giant e-book files of all of the stories! You can download 4,000 pages of SF/F for free. (You do have to register, but that's easy. And you should do it soon because it's only good for a few more days.)
(I feel like the appropriate venue for short random posts like this is probably really Twitter or Tumblr, but... meh. I don't really even post there unless you count reblogging. I guess I could start.)
