Doctor Who 7x05: The Angels Take Manhattan
Aaaack.
Steven Moffat, stop being in love with people falling off buildings. Also, what the hell kind of ending is "they all survive and relax but then finally the last angel gets Amy and Rory?" WTF.
Bonus points for casting actual Americans as the Americans this time, even if the actor who IMDb tells me is indeed a native New Yorker cannot pull off the 30s-detective accent.
Also, why is NY the perfect place for the angels? Surely if it is so populated people are, you know, watching them all the time. I don't get it. I mean, I get that they wanted to have the Statue of Liberty eat people, but still. Aren't people looking at it?
Also I am going to miss Amy and Rory and the show still cannot make me like River but I am reserving judgment about Oswin or whatever her name was.
