laser daft punk?

i am going to laser daft punk, which is a thing i did not know existed until shortly before i agreed to go to it. my companion will be someone who is much more normal than i am (fondness for laser shows aside). i'm not sure this is a good idea, but i guess it will only be an hour or so. though i will bet money that the laser people will play "around the world" instead of something good like "technologic."

can this end well?
