reasons not to live at fountainhead:
- their pest control includes double sided tape and a steel wool recommendation. (mice hate that stuff. just spread it around your place, they won't be comin back)
- the building manager will post a note on the door to the laundry room saying that every single dryer is broken 2 minutes after your 3 washes have finished. he will then shrug and inform you that it ain't his problem.
- half the lights in your hall are burnt out. this could be a benefit if you love trashy motel auras.
