Uni to Glasto
Well I've not updated this for a while. I guess I should really.
I won't go into huge amounts of detail but I got the project handed in. Was a drama of course, everything with me seems to be! I was ready 3 hours before hand in time and started printing. Took forever as there were loads of pics. Gave up after 2 hours and got driven to the uni (I was in no state to drive, gibbering wreck I was) to finish printing it there. Raced around like a proper nutjob but got it done.
Was a huge relif. Started to miss Jenn after that though, lasted about a week before we started to see each other again. Felt remarkably like we were back together but was being told that we were'nt.
About this point I got my first credit card (oh dear!) and wanted to do something different. I had read our dear twinkly ones book and kept hearing that there were glastonbury tickets still for sale so I went and bought some. One for me and one for Jenn. I blame you entirely for that though Twinkle and will send you the bill later! :)
Was really looking forward to it when through totally random coincidence I ended up at the Download festival a fortnight before too. I enjoyed that a lot though a lot of the music was just too much thrash rock and so on for me. Still some good sets though. My total surprise favourite was Pendulum, their set totally rocked and I've been listening to their album ever since.
Just before I went to glasto Stephen at work dropped a bombshell. He's leaving and that leaves us in a pretty pickle. I was kindof thinking of leaving myself but being my usual half-arsed self about it. Without Stephen that just leaves me and the boss and there's no way I want the responibility for all that shit. No way at all. So I was really really looking forward to going to glasto.
