wtf is this, GKM attempt

So a prompt on the GKM caught my eye & I'm attempting to fill it. I haven't written fiction in forever (mostly because I am not a writer) but apparently, I want to try again. I have no idea if it's any good or hell, what the comment character limit is. Let's see if I can finish this & maybe post it to the world as anon. This reaffirms my belief that writers are awesome & should be thanked for producing fic for me to read.
