Stealing is bad!
One of my favorite models on DeviantArt is not only having her photos stolen and reposted, she is having her identity stolen! Some 17 year old in California is taking Demonica DeMorte's photos and pretending they are her! She is even taking fan art of Demonica and posting it on her MySpace! She's all over the internet too; on Model Mayhem, Deviant Art, MySpace, etc. I honestly don't understand how people are falling for this, considering that the only similarity is their hair, but people are! Their eyes aren't even the same color.
I just wanted to post this to raise awareness. A lot of us are artists who know that the threat of someone stealing your work over the internet is very real. But the lengths this girl has gone to is just beyond belief.
