Stolen from everybody on my friends list, pretty much. Definitely qualifies as being posted here, considering the theme of my journal.
Q: How long does your game take to load?
A: A while. Maybe 10 minutes.
Q: When making a sim, what do you prefer: adult male/adult female, teen male/teen female?
A: I prefer creating adult females. I almost never create teens.
Q: How long does your Body Shop take to open?
A: 7 minutes exactly. I've timed it.
Q: Do you make more sims in CAS or in Body Shop?
A: CAS
Q: What's your favorite hair color to put on your sims?
A: I almost always give my sims black hair.
Q: How many babies have your sims ever had from one set of parents?
A: Six
Q: How often do you experience a glitch?
A: Pretty much never. I occasionally have minor glitches (eg. arms going haywire during a backrub) but I almost never experience anything worse than that.
Q: Do you make your sims, straight/gay/bi/lesbian, very often?
A: I always let ACR decide.
Q: Does your neighborhood have a theme?
A: Not usually. Abandoned Cove, my apocalyptic hood, does. But usually not at all.
Q: How many downloads do you have in your game?
A: Right now, 5.5 Gig!
Q: Who is your favorite CC Body Shop creator (meaning: skins, eyes, hair, make-up etc)?
A: I don't have just one. Many of my favorites are right here on my LJ friends list.
Q: Who is your favorite CC creator for build and buy?
A: Once again, I don't have one.
Q: How often do you play the sims?
A: Every few days, though it's rare that I don't at least open the game every day, even if it's just to test out some CC I downloaded.
Q: Do you watch sims machinama? (sims movies)
A: I have done. I would watch more if I wasn't one of the unfortunate people who can't get youtube to work, even though I have all the necessary updates in the error message. Youtube staff are really ignoring this issue. I can only watch embedded youtube content on other people's journals. Can't watch anything on the site itself.
Q: Do you read stories/comics made with the sims?
A: Almost every day.
Q: What expansion packs do you have?
A: All of them + all stuff packs.
Q: What are you views on building and decorating?
A: I'm envious of people who are good at it. I'm working on my skills in that area.
Q: What is some body shop CC that you tend to over use?
A: I don't think I overuse anything.
Q: How often do you need to use "Familyfunds"?
A: Never. I don't really cheat. The only exception on Familyfunds is in my apocalyptic challenge.
Q: Do you like doll sims?
A: They're very pretty. I don't really tend to use them in my own game, but I like them.
Q: Have you ever killed your sim(s) for the fun of it?
A: A few times. Nina Caliente killed off a rival once.
Q: How old are you? And when did you start playing?
A: I'm 28 and I've been playing since the day the game was released. I was a sims 1 addict before that.
Q: Do you ever base a sims family after your own home life?
A: Umm, not really. I've intentionally created a few people I know in the past. I also had a few selfsims early on. Now if my sims look like someone I know, it's purely by chance.
