Question: One lot keeps crashing

I reinstalled my game and now when I try to move a family into a certain apartment in Belladonna Cove, the game crashes. I tried with 2 different families and it still happens. I tried moving sims into other apartments with no trouble. I got rid of all of my cc, so I have no idea what's causing this. I downloaded a few sims but they don't crash any other lots, just this one.

I have all eps and stuff packs except Holiday Stuff.
