Mmmhhmmm What a nice weekend.
Friday consisted of Joser and Squanky bumming around at my house until 6 when we were supposed to meet up with others for dinner at Di'Giorgio's (I can't spell, but it's that Italian restuarant that Kimsa works at). Teddy, Jason, Stephen, Jose, Squanky, Steve, Kate, and I enjoyed basket after basketful of breadsticks. Both Kimsa and Anoli were working, but we were (Or at least I was) mainly there to see the Kimsa. <3
Saturday morning and early afternoon = soccer! I love that Timmy is captain, but he never goes to any of the practices. And as much as the coach wants to, he can't bench Timmy because he's one of the best players. Dianna constantly tells the coach to bench Timmy for not going to practice, BUT the coach knows he can't afford to do that. The coach gives us dirty looks. =D
Saturday evening was a hoot! It was a lovely little reunion for everyone who used to hang out at The Beach. Johnny Love put arranged this fabulous get-together for all of us: Kimsa, Squanky, Carlo, Long, Sheila, Ashley, Celeste (Ashley's sister), Johnny, and me. We all met up at Johnny's house, ate some pizza, and watched the beginning of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Afterwards, we headed off to Balboa for The Haunted Trail. I have to admit, that was oodles of fun. I love Ung when she's scared shitless. We were supposed to meet up with Steve, Joser, and Kate at the Haunted Trail, but since they were late, we only got a chance to exchange hello's. After Balboa we visited the Whaley house in Old Town, but Long, Ung, and I decided not to go. Instead, we walked around Old Town for a bit and then stopped in a comfy little cafe for the remainder of the time. Blah, blah, blah~ LATER THAT NIGHT ONCE WE GOT HOME, Ung realized that she still needed to get a receipe from my mommie, so she decided to sleep over at my house. We stayed up talking until who knows when.
This morning Joser called me, freaking out. Poor kid forgot his backpack in my car from Friday and thought that he lost it. AGAIN. So, Ung and Joser bummed around my house for a couple of hours and attempted to do homework, but we all know how that goes. I love those kids.
On a side note:
I like that my parents don't question where I'm going or who I'll be with anymore. And I like that they don't ask questions once when I get home either. This is probably going to come back to bite me in the ass later, so I might as well enjoy this little piece of freedom while I still can.
