anxiety

well i've been sick for a week. well i'm off soon back to the ER b/c my chest feels like it's going to pop out of my chest.. it's anxiety i'm sure but i just can't handle this right now.

i'm fucking falling apart if anyone cares to know.

ok i'm going to take a hot shower and maybe it'll help me to calm down..but if not i'm going to the ER.
