back to school back to school to prove to daddy i am not a fool.
hrm...last day of summer, but this will be the LAST last day of summer...in a way.
looking back on this summer it wasn't all that bad. drum majors winning, making a lot of new friends, going to nationals with tabi, doing well and having fun at nationals, doing senior stuff. i am sad about going back, but when am i not? i hate school. this is, however, the last time i get to do it and i really want to do it right. i'm promising myself NOW that i WILL have fun my senior year. no stupid drama, no feeling bad about myself, not letting anyone get me down, not taking any really hard classes. in a way i'm kinda happy it's here just so i can get it over with fast.
something is going around in the band already. ppl are throwing up right and left :-/ it's inevitable that i'll catch it...twice. with the amount of time the band spends with eachother during fall, it's almost impossible to escape an illness that one person catches. for me anyway. i'm so sick of being sick.
i really need to get started with all the crap i need to do today. i need to clean my car because i know it'll never get done after school starts until christmas break(mmm...christmasss!!!) i also need a new watch and a tank top that'll go under this shirt i plan on wearing tomorrow...hrrm...are we even allowed to wear tank tops? ugh...dress codes SUCK, dude. "let's concentrate more on the clothes than education and kick everyone out of class that doesn't follow every little stupid rule. that'll teach 'em...or wait, that means we DON"T teach them." whatever.
i'm off. happy first day of school everyone :) i hope you all survive.
