  1. 6 inch sweet onion terriyaki
  2. salt and vinegar chips
  3. water
  4. cherry pepsi
  5. Triple stacker (BK)
  6. md fries
  7. md soda
  8. more water

Exercise:
  1. 20 crunches
  2. 60 knee touch crunches (30 each leg)
  3. 30 raised leg crunches

I didn't do a lot yesterday because I was really really sore from the day before.
