Origin Install Help
I tried looking through the tags and searching the community, but nothing was showing up.
Problem:
I recently download the Seasons EP from Amazon, which is where it directed me to the Origin website. I waited for the game to download. After it did, I tried installing a number of times, but everytime it would appear to start a screen would pop up saying: Setup cannot run while another sim product is running. I've exited out of every possible thing except for the Origin software itself and I even did that and started again, yet the same message pops up. What am I doing wrong?
I've been looking at the EA website, but I can't find anything in the FAQ along these lines. Thank you in advance for your help. I really want to play! XD
