What a crazy random happenstance
Huh. That was a pretty random string of events that just occurred there.
I have been living a pretty stagnant life for the past two months, and it had gotten to the point where I was constantly whining in my head about miserable I was, just living with such tedious-ness. And then: bam, a girl - a girl who used to be one of my best friends - literally shows up on my doorstep.
"Hey, Katie, want to be my math tutor? I remember you were always really smart, and I can pay you in tacos!"
I have gone from sitting around doing nothing, to tutoring my long lost friend in a fire house.
And, and tacos!!
