Birthday HEAVEN
I have to say... I've had some pretty incredible birthdays. They've been spend in Ireland, the Bahamas on a cruise, and Florida over the recent years. Though this year I spent it in the Burg of Harrison, my siblings made the trip down. The KFCrock is also going to join us, she shall be here in just a little while. My spirit has been lifted, and I've laughed more than I have in the past few weeks combined. My desire for home has been satisfied as we cram into my double bed and have fun. Sure makes me rethink my plans of staying in Virginia, I crave the quality time we spend together. Last night's celebration consisted of Chili's Happy Hour and Photo Hunt, delicious dinner at Bravo's, birthday presents (boy am I lucky!), and chill time at AJ's with some quality human beings and friends. Tonight, in true Elizabeth fashion, we will do something wild and zany: Tacky Rollerskating. We just spent a few hours driving around the Burg buying ridiculous outfits- from tacky to acid-washed to metallic Hammer pants. Not everyone can rollerskate, so I anticipate some serious fun. Before that we'll hit up Jalisco's for some cheap but delicious Mexican dinner. We are a full house tonight: Carrie, Rachel, Stephen, Ben, Mike, Jamie, Kate, Andy, and Alan. WHOOSH! Lauren will hopefully return tonight so that she can join in... she'd have a blast with the sisters! Hopefully we'll get a beer pong table going tonight to continue the fun when we get home. I'm so glad that I have friends and family who will go along with the crazy ideas that I get!! My life would be no fun if it was all serious all the time! I miss my dearest friends for my birthday, as they are scattered around the state and the US, for my zany themes have always included them. ::sad::
