Connie is not coming home today. In some ways I'm disappointed, obviously because I want my wife back home with me, and also because today would be by far the most convenient day to fetch her home! The hospital are keeping her in for a couple more days, I learned this morning. Given how she looked last night, I'm not totally surprised. Don't get me wrong, she looked wonderful - to me! But she was really in no condition to even move and doing so made her nauseous. No way she would be able to manage the walk from the ward to the car today.... ( Read more... )
