Peer Pressure?

I just heard on the BBC news that "Gazan civilians are afraid" of a ground attack by Israel. The report went on to say that many people have moved their families away from the border, but they still don't feel safe because of the continuing air attacks.

Well, first of all, perhaps I should say, I don't think what Israel is doing is right.

However, I can see the Israeli point of view. I can imagine them hearing that news report and thinking "Ha! How do YOU like it, huh?"

Hammas is constantly launching rockets across the border at Israel. If they stop doing that, Israel will stop the air strikes, and won't send in the ground troops.

So, if the civilian population are worried about what the Israelis are doing, there is a very simple solution: Find the guys launching the rockets and make them stop!

middle east. israel, news, gazza
