"Hey Veronica, what's up?"
yeah...it's been a few days and since all i really remember from about the last week, is being really stressed out about marketing visuals and having the hardest track practice of my life. so...I will just give the details of THE SADIE HAWKINS DANCE, in my khaki pants, there's nothing better, oh oh oh. uhhh yeah...anyways. I got home from my soccer game at 5:15 (which we lost :(), about the time Vanessa was supposed to come over and start getting ready! Took maybe the fasted shower of my life and got ready by 6 when the boys (Buckley and Eric) came over. It was to Applebees for dinner (but not before pictures of coarse. We were dressed punk-rockish and so we got lots of fun looks at the restaurant. Eric threw a napkin at freshman who was there, and in the process, broke a glass...we got a good laugh out of that. Vanessa was popping up constantly talking to all of her friends there and Buck and Eric thought it was funny, so they started to pretend like they knew everyone and just make up names, like "Hey Verionica, what's up?" (yeah...thats where the title came from) that was pretty funny as well - especially when we got to the dance.
So we got done with dinner, and before we leave Eric stuff all the packaged crackers they give you for soup, into his sweatshirt and walks out. Once we got out in the parking lot he drops all of them and they just keep coming and coming and coming. He must have had like 15 packages in there...they are now all in my car...incase i ever get stranded in the desert and get hungry? Since it was only 8:00 when we got done, we headed out to Coldstone IceCream....BEST place EVER. mmmm. and if you give them a tip, they'll sing to you!
THE DANCE. probably the funnest dance I have been to all year! The decorations were fun, there was a good group of people there (and of coarse...Vanessa and I had the greatest dates there!) I'm really glad we decided to go with Buck and Eric and I'm really glad they were able to go with us. It was so laid back, not stressful at all, just went to have fun and we did! We also got married. haha - we even got the last couple rings!
So that was about it. came back to my house for a little while afterwards, but nothing big. It was a very fun way to end a stressful week. Tomorrow I am off to State for DECA (I still have to pack!) I will see all of you next week.
