I was trying to help eshuff out through email, but thought maybe a tutorial would work better?  Either way, here it is.  I'm not sure if it'll be helpful to anyone else, but hopefully!  There's a couple ways to do this, but this is just the way I've found that works for me.

Just a mini-tutorial on saving your images and formats.  I see a lot of people using .pngs and I am kind of at a loss as to why.  Hopefully this will help those not in the know out with the whole image size/etc issue.
