This floorplan, while I do like it, is not one of my personal favorites. I'm not a fan of the size of the bedrooms, but I suppose for a bunch of independent teens (via InTEEN) or for a group of [young]adults trying to make a living to buy their own places and move out, it would probably be pretty good ( Read more... )

And now, from fairly large to fairly small. This house is a decent starter house for a couple with a child or a couple of children who can share a room, or a couple looking to have just that. This one has a single story, with two bedrooms and two full baths.

As the very first floorplan I'll be posting, I'll give you one of my largest ones thus far. This one was made for a larger family (a mother, father, and five kids), and thus it has six bedrooms and three and a half baths.
