The Run for the Roses

Not many people know or follow horse racing anymore these days, but the Kentucky Derby and the other two races of the Triple Crown, the Preakness and the Belmont Stakes, are something I avidly watch. Today's race was marred by a horrible tragedy

Yeah, it's really unfortunate. I don't really watch race horses, but I do occasionally read up on them. I read it in the newspaper at work the day after it happened.
