I had the most awesome dream last night. I think that storyverse may well be a keeper. ♥
It had venomous zombie-vampires the real, nasty undead kind, not the sparkly kind in a somewhat post-apocalyptic world of the near future, where small cells of people struggled desperately to survive in the abandoned ruins.
There was a dead serious and awesomely kickass gang of teens and tweens led by a no-nonsense girl kicking vampire butt, a dethroned young mafioso-boss-to-be harboring a few tons of pent-up frustration, and a stylish (and probably quite gay) elderly hitman with a criminal record a mile long now resigned to a fate as one of mankind's last protectors against the undead. (So much for that planned quiet retirement spent fishing in the Florida Keys)
