Fresh out of Photopaint!
Er.
I'm not sure how that happened.
It seems myself is trying to evolve some small Azula crush behind my back.
I like her well enough, she's an absolutely kickass character, and she was great in the third season.
But I didn't realize how much I apparently liked her until I started making screengrabs for refs should I ever draw something for the series, or to use as possible icon material.
...
I ended up with some 100+ screengrabs of Azula.
Yeah.
Anyway.
Just sat down to doodle without having any real idea of what to draw, and this sort of happened. I doubt I'll do more Avatar fanart (didn't I say that two years ago? I mean it this time. Really. No more fandoms, kthx) but it was fun to do.
I do love the outfit designs for these characters - Azula's armor reminds me a lot of Keela's old armor design. Maybe that's why I like her? I'll tell myself that.
