A few copies of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Re:Chain of Memories have been released early, and videos are beginning to pop up on YouTube.

Damn, I'm so thrilled and so terrified at the same time - what if they've really screwed up my Vexen? The greatest muse in a long time, the one thing that's kept me happily creative all through the dark winter months? The scans all look great, but I'm still a bit traumatized after that trailer... ^^;
Still... Damn. Marluxia is... damn. Damn.
He's everything I hoped so far. The voice, the way he moves, the superior smugness to his tone... The flower-petals... X3
Marluxia will be my Plan B is Vexen turns out horrible. I would still be horribly disappointed, but at least I can fangirl Re:CoM Marluxia, and stick to loving Vexen the way he was in the original game.

I got my Swap Magic yesterday. Now I'm just waiting for the game to get here. Hopefully by then, translations will start showing up on the internet, so me and Chigrima will actually be able to understand what they say, not just patch the general gist together from having played the original game + abusing the less than a dozen words in Japanese we know. XD
Incidentally, I also finally beat Sora's version of the original CoM last night. I'd promised myself I would before the new game was released; eleventh hour, what? XD
