YK and other things
Came home for YK, as I'm sure many people know. Next time I travel home, I'm going to make sure it's a holiday I can actually EAT during. lol. What's the point of getting free food if you can't eat? :p
Work and school are going well. The main project I'm working on for my job has hit the field, which is making things fun and hectic. I get to go out for observation next week, too. 4 AM BABY! :)
School is going fine. I just need to pace myself. Though getting an assignment on Wednesday that is due this Monday, even though it's a fucking holiday weekend kinda blows. :( I've emailed the professor to ask for an extension (since it's for my fucking WEDNESDAY CLASS, I should be able to turn it in on WEDNESDAY! *grr*) or something. We'll see.
Other than that, there have been some things that have been clarified for me. I'm actually surprised how well I'm dealing, honestly. Nice to know I'm stronger than I thought. The door hasn't been shut but I think I can finally take a step in the right direction and allow other doors to open. Haha, the last bit of baggage, I guess.. (vague? Ha, sorry. Only those who knew me long enough should have any inkling as to what this is about).
Besides, who has time to be depressed when HUNGRY FOR SOULS!?!?! :)
Oh! I have beaten FF X and X-2. Both were subpar. I feel cheated for thinking the perfect ending in X-2 was actually something so I'm glad I decided at the end to only go with the Best Ending.
Now I'm onto God of War 2 (w00t! murder! KILL! KILL!) and am about halfway done. Picked up Metroid Prime 3, which I'll play next (wii games interrupts the backlog, you see) and never beat. Must stay consistent for the trilogy after all. :p
