A good one...
I usually don't enjoy these weekends as much as maybe I should. It's because I work the half day on Saturday and I hate that. Thank god it's only one a fortnight. Apart from that though I think this is one of the only weekends when I have been able to quietly relax. I've been in need of sleep for ages so an early night on Saturday, while a bit sad, was welcome. We also had a welcome visitor in the form of narcissistic00 for Friday night and Saturday, though I was not there for the most part it's great to see him about.
Today we had a visit from loads of people about rats (Two were Kate and Henny and the others I do not know XD) and then from felflowne and shinkei_raywyn who we haven't seen in ages but it was great to see them again and chat about randoms. Everyone got to poke the babies, which is great because I love seeing them as well but don't tell anyone, 'tis my secret XD. It's still really great to have some good rat news after all the crap stuff that's happened of late. Check the Coastboat Rats site for info soon!
There's a bit coming up for me soon. Tomorrow I'm going to be biting my nails as I'm taking Firefly and Yarrow to the vets for some lump-ectomies so I'm not looking forward to that but I have some things like Nanowrimo (more on that later) coming up so I'm doing alright at the moment. All the dating stuff has stopped for a while as I have had, and probably still have, a bit of a chest infection which is a shame because I was enjoying that, it was a bit exciting. But yeah, please send your luck vibes for the girls, I know it's something that rats go through all the time but I am a little nervous about it.
