Hong Kong summers. What can I say about them? The other week it was so hot that literally ... and I wasn't joking! The battery in my TV remote control melted. I have never had this happen before. It was shocking to say the least ( Read more... )

Yeah. I rarely get a whole weekend off from work and it may rain. :( Oh well.

It tasted pretty good, too. Though I think next time I will put in one dried chili. I'm not into that much heat. DAMN that Jamie Oliver. Got me buying dried chili peppers for a little heat.
