Went to the gym on my own for the first time this morning. It's an odd environment to me. Especially the locker room - where else do you see complete strangers naked? I was one of the few people in the gym who wasn't over 60. But that's fine with me. At least I don't feel like I have to compete with ridiculously tanned and muscular twenty-somethings. Hopefully I'll get more comfortable with the whole thing the more I go.
