It's National Elections in the Philippines today, but I'm too irresponsible because I'm not registered, so I can't vote.

I already tried to register twice, but both failed. The first, all the forms were gone so I have to return some other day. When I returned, I discovered that the I.D. I need to present should have an address (which mine doesn't have).
