yesterday I was in the computer room at work. Matt from fish came in and told me I had my uniform on backwards. I had walked all the way from the back of the service desk, past subshop, past deli, past produce, chatted with Al at the meal station, past grocery, through the back doors and up to the break room and I didn't notice anyone looking at me funny or mentioned the oddness of my uniform.
What had happened is that my work space is now walled off from the main store and encassed entirely in the service desk back room. The service desk back room is like a garage and subject to the elements. The sign shop has become my own private sauna. So I take my work uniform off back there and just wear my cami, or tank top or whatever's on underneath. Then I put the uniform back on when I walk around the store or spray paint, and stuff.
