oh and heres a bit of background for the previous post. this is what a dollar heart looks like
okay and now to the original story
i hate daylight savings so much! losing an hour really sucks and it really just throws off your whole system. for some reason, my sunday felt like monday, my saturday felt like sunday, and my friday felt like saturday. i can't really complain though, cuz this weekend was a blast and i had so much fun!
i dont feel like typing a super long entry so i'm gonna give a brief summary of my super fantastically cool weekend. sin city was an awesome movie, getting all wet playing water twister for a red shirt was so much fun (even though it was freezing in the shade), OA lock in with old school sega genesis games made me feel like a kid again, and rehearsal and practice yesterday were both amazing. i finally played on a steinway piano and i was super excited! it sounded so beautiful!
oh ps. come to texas revue this thursday and saturday. thursday at the main mall, and saturday at bass concert hall. go get ur free tickets for the bass show; two free per id! hope to see you there
sorry i've been tabling for the show and it is getting natural for me to advertise
back to the story...
this morning i had to get up at like 6 (which is five without the time change) to take care of some official business downtown. i'm glad i got it taken care of but i was so tired when i got back. i had breakfast, which was nice cuz i never eat in the mornings, and then i headed back to my room around 8:30ish. i decided to sleep cuz i was so tired, since of course stupid me slept at like 2 sunday night, and i slept all through history class. i had set my alarm, but i still woke up late for mis. i said oh shit, ran downstairs, and walked past cherie and pam without even noticing them at the booth. i felt so bad! i started talking to them and thankfully pam lugged me out of jester cuz i was already like 10 minutes late. i walked into mis all dazed and eating now and laters for energy. it was quite amusing
but thats not the worst part
during my nap i had a nightmare about school! i dreamed i was being dropped from history cuz i was skipping too much. it was the scariest dream ever and i was freaking out when i woke up. i rarely dream so when i have a dream, esp a nightmare, i get super scared.
and thats the end of the story. i hope today gets alot better and i think it will as i slowly wake up. yay for practice too! =)
