I was looking for some downloads of filk music I lost when I found out that filk singer Leslie Fish has a book out that I didn't know about (I already knew about a Dirge for Sabis). Offensive As Hell: The Joys of Bagging Jesus Freaks - an entire book on dealing with "religion salesman." from the comments I've found it seems that it includes tips on how to handle them and anecdotes about dealing with them.
