temper your actions with patience
There comes a time when one must make allowances for those who are inexperienced. You have to stop and say, "It's alright that they did this, they don't know any better." Much the same way as an adult will let things "slide" with a child, eventually they'll be called out on it, but not this time, they're still new at it.
