Allo everyone! I have some news on the home front. I am in need of not one room mate but two now. One room mate has just given me his thirty days notice and I need someone to take is place or I will be forced to go into debt and face foreclosure ( Read more... )

$400-$500 a month will all that stuff included?!? Nice!!! You can't even get anything in New Jersey for even twice that! You should also list "free fursuit snuggles from a friendly wolf!" I bet that would get you a list of candidates! *smiles*

Well you are renting only a bed room but with access to a shared bathroom, livingroom, kitchen, garage, and basement. Yeah maybe fursuit snuggles would be a good selling point at least :)

I'm just worried about the job front up their. The one issue that is also big is I have no car, I have a license but no car.

Well the job front is well...the same as any where else really, rather up and down. Though Christmas is coming so some stores will be hiring. License is good no car, not so much, BUT there is the city bus that drives by every morning and evening right down the road, like lierarly I can see it now by my livingroom window. :) As far as transportation, I think between me and Runtt we could help.
