Needed: 2 Room Mate(s)
Allo everyone! I have some news on the home front. I am in need of not one room mate but two now. One room mate has just given me his thirty days notice and I need someone to take is place or I will be forced to go into debt and face foreclosure.
Rent is $500 each (if both rooms are taken rent will be $400 each) room has been red done and will have need carpeting in it. Cable/internet, parking, use of kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and all utilities are included. Only thing not included is phone costs which is totally up to you.
I currently live in Westbrook,Maine. Not sure what the job market is around here but places are hiring and well it's as good here as any where else. Everyone here so far is a furry but I will take anyone, any gender, and pretty much anyone raving lunatics aside. :)
