I have never worked for a company that has asked:
What do you want?
As in how can we make your time with us a better exprience. Then to be told they want five more pople like to work for them, well that kind makes you smile. Though it must be noted this was agter a very heavy session in the pub.
But I do really think at last I have found a compy well worth staying with.
