Tonight after a long day at work, I walked home, took a bath in hot chocolate, and then drank a smoothie that tasted like apple pie. Now... a meme.

1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
Rent. I mean, let's be honest, I hate paying any bill, but rent's the worst right now.
2. Where was the last place you had a romantic dinner?
BJ's Brewery. It's been a few months, though.
3. What do you really want to be doing right now?
So very many things. But being home after a long day of work is the worst thing I could be doing.
4. How many colleges did you attend?
Two. Went to Cypress College for a couple of years to save money, then Cal State Fullerton.
5. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?
I just grabbed the first camisole I found in my PJ drawer. It's sky blue with some lace.
6. What are your thoughts on gas prices?
I wouldn't mind them if I had an electric car.
7. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?
NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Hey, I have a voice mail. (Dude, I totally got drunk dialed at 3:30am by iggydisraeli! It was awesome.)
8. Last thought before going to sleep last night?
I can survive tomorrow... I can survive tomorrow... I can survive tomorrow...
9. Do you miss being a child?
In some ways. Responsibility/finance-wise, yes.
10. What errand/chore do you despise?
Pet related clean-up.
11. Get up early or sleep in?
Depends on the night before... and the day ahead.
12. Have you found real love yet?
Yes.
13. Favourite lunch meat?
If it has to be meat, turkey. If I'm having a sandwich, though, I'd rather it be peanut butter.
14. What do you get every time you go into Wal-Mart?
I don't shop at Wal-Mart.

Both!
16. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
It can be for some people, but not for me.
17. Sopranos or Desperate Housewives?
Neither.
18. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?
I don't know... maybe JK Rowling?
19. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?
Yep.
20. Ever use a fire extinguisher for it's intended purpose?
Nope... or any other purpose.
21. Ring tone?
Whatever's on my phone. I usually keep in on vibe or silent, though. I hate my phone, always have, never bothered to put Hedwig's Theme on it as my ringtone like I have on my last 3 phones.
22. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
Interesting question. Um... a drinking fountain? Over the grey-water bucket at Estrella or Potrero? The itty bitty sink in the bathroom on a train.
23. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?
I don't think there is anywhere that falls under that category. But in response to _borrowedheaven's answer, if you ever do get to Orange County I'll totally plan a trip down!

24. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?
I am starting a new career. =)

Twenty eight and a half today, exactly 6 months to 29. Happy birthday speedball!

I do. Depending on what's going on, I have go-to people.
27. Are you where you want to be in life?
Not exactly, but I'm not losing sleep over it.
28. Growing up, what were your favourite cartoons?
Scooby Doo!!!!!
29. What about you do you think has changed the most?
Since when? I think most recently my life goals have adjusted a bit.
30. Looking back at high school were they the best years of your life?
In some ways, they were, but not in a "direct comparison" sort of way. That's a more difficult question than it should be.
31. Are there times you still feel like a kid?
Today I sang along with Dr. Suess, laid down on the floor during nap time, ate cheese and crackers off a tiny plastic plate, blew bubbles, had a decent-length conversation about Transformers, celebrated when my Hot Wheels made the jump in the track that a 6-year-old built, worked on a Dumbo puzzle, fed a doll, and pretended to eat a Play-Doh pizza (it was lovingly made by a 10-year-old who cared enough to mold tiny mushrooms to top it). Um... yeah.
32. Did you ever own troll dolls?
Uh huh. The one that I kept into adulthood ended up in the stash of Zandofar stuff. It's the Tristan doll. =) It's a purple-haired treasure troll.
33. Did you have a pager?
I think I still have my last one. I believe it was last used... 8-9 years ago? Tiny and transparent sky-blue, with stickers on it. It was small enough to fit in my 5th pocket, and I had a little chain on it to hook it to my belt loop... 'cause I was cool.
34. Where was the hang out spot when you were a teenager?
We always hung out at Disneyland, Knotts, or a fast food restaurant near one of those. Otherwise we were often found at my house.
35. Were you the type of kid you would want your children to hang out with?
Most of the time. =)
