Making the most of a bad situation....RANT!!
I'm not going to deny that Una had to let go three players recently. Two of those players in the yugiohrp3 group weren't let go for disciplinary reasons while one of them has. The situation with the two that were let go, are still able to come back once they have provided their character sheets. The time not playing wasn't the issue really, it was the lack of communication. One was posting really long and irrelevant posts about her personal life but nothing that stated the real reason she wasn't available and the other posted nothing at all. Both were inactive as players since May.
This RP has been going strong since May 2007 and it will remain strong. Just let me know if you would like a link to the comm and I'll also send you the email via Personal Message on your LJ. Her email is also posted publicly on the comm's profile but I think I'll just give it to you. ^__^ I'm sure she would like to hear from you.
We were just talking about recruiting here not too long ago via Gmail chat. We do communicate A LOT and we also would do the same for the players via the chat because it made things run so much smoother. It also was a great way to have questions answered and such. Communication is our key to success and it's a great tool for any comm, really.
