I love petit fours... mostly because they're so girly. They make me want to have a tea party :)

We always have them for bridal and baby showers along with sherbert (or sherbet) punch. Yummy!

I love the lady in your icon. Such enthusiasm! She looks like she'd kick Lucille Ball's butt, too.

I've always loved petite fours because they are like magic pixie cakes!

I used to love having tea parties.

I have an expression that makes Jim laughs. Whenever he asks if some cake or candy is left (way after any *reasonable* person should think they should last - like chocolate anything is going to last more than a couple of days in this house - ha), I say they "have gone away"...

Petit fours are magical. Little cubes of delight!

Silly Jim! Sweets never stick around for very long.

I can't resist petit fours either. Tomorrow I am going to have to go find a bakery. There are some candidates, and since I have the day off (something I didn't know until about 2 p.m., so no time to plan anything), I can tootle around town in search of sugary baked sweets.

And now I won't be able to resist that blog!

How lovely to get a free day so unexpectedly! Good luck with your search for baked goods.
