So, for my medical billing assistant position I had to call the help agency who owns the software used by the healtchare providers office. Seems that 3 of 7 things I want to do are only possible if I export the information from the databases into a spreadsheet and futz with them there... then manually interface to input updates one at a time. Kind of a lazy ass way to set up a database system but at least I can do my job.

Now I just need to get face time with boss-lady to get the green light on all that extra time.
