books and cake
I ordered my books for next semester off of half.com and Amazon about three days ago. Even with only 4 classes and never paying full price for a book (all except one were used), I spent $380 including shipping.

I hope they get here on time!! I've only heard back from 2 sellers, but I don't know if that is unusual or not. I got a confirmation e-mail on my order....
Maeve and Mom are still in LA. Hectic and crazy, but at least Maeve is enjoying herself. I'm making an ice-cream cake for when they get home. Putting a whole bag of oreos into a food processor was fun. :D
