That is the Flash as depicted on the 1990 CBS series. I love that show, but decided against using images from the show as icons since the costume there is not quite the same, and is rather cheezy. Nonetheless, it serves the purpose of making a Sara/Barry icon very well. Thanks muchly.
Now if I could only find a shot of the comic book version of Sara - there is a CSI comic but it's fairly obscure.
