It takes a "special" kind of full-time supervisor to turn a fully staffed night at work into a working nightmare.
That's right as soon as the work flow slows down you should definitely send half of the staff home to save money. Then as soon as they're gone truckloads of work hit will the area, just like aways. I can't help but wonder on a daily basis where these supervisors come from, surely not from the intelligent part of the population pool...
