Wireless, LOL!
It turns out someone else in the neighborhood also has wireless. Unlike my wireless network, their network is unsecure and very open. In fact I'm connected to their network now and I'm getting decent wireless access, with my Wireless-B card. I had planned to turn on my network later today to chat with cwtyger upstairs, but this free wireless is tempting. Although, it is unsecure so I might use my network key even if is WEP until I figure out my what's up with the G card.
So, LOL again at free wireless and an open network. It didn't appear until the time I got my wireless, but my wireless is disabled and I'm not putting out a signal, so it can't be me. If I was the mooching kind of person, I'd just feed off this wireless until the owner decided to secure the connection.
I wish I could pin-point where this signal is coming from though.

Even with a low signal strength, this internet connection is fast! Wow. I am impressed.
