Sorry for not writing in a few days- I've been preoccupied moving into my new living space. That's right, I finally got a job as an Adventurer. It's about time too, because I really hadn't been doing a good job at the Bakery. Now if only I can figure out what I have to do in my new job, I'll be all set.

Yeah, a guy named Lezard gives magic lessons. Only to a few students, though... he's kind of hard to get a hold of.

I was thinking, perhaps Lezard could possibly teach you to comprehend what sort of magic it is that sustains me. If the both of you work at it, perhaps you could make some sense of it?

I'm not really sure... I can barely comprehend my own magic, to be honest.

You know, for the record, I seriously think in the history of ever you are the first guy to call a place like Vegas "docile". Makes me wonder what kind of technicolor neon trip wherever you came from is like. Must be zany, man.

I think Vegas is calmer than the 'Sphere was when the zombies were running around. Sure it's loud and flashy, but at least nothing is trying to kill you.

Ah, I think I'll pass on the money. Just wouldn't feel right to borrow someone's money only to gamble it away... but thanks for the offer.
